It's been AWHILE!! I've had my site under construction for a while and will have a new setup coming in 2019. (Excuse my dust! Some of the formatting here is odd). But I could not let the year end without sharing all of my favorite holiday decor!! It's the best time of the year. Everything is so cozy and soft! And I like my home to feel that way during this time. So welcome to my personal winter wonderland!
My goal when shopping for decor is always to shop smart. I spend lots of time actually SHOPPING before I buy. Unless it's just a STEAL of a DEAL, like this wreath I picked up at Target! It was only $25!! I saw it and knew I had to have it. I almost missed out on it because I didn't buy it at first. I wanted to see it it was going to fit where I had in mind. I went back the next day, and it was GONE! That's the thing with Target. You can't wait or you WILL miss out. Luckily I found it at another location :) I added the lights myself which are battery operated. I snagged them on Amazon. They have a small remote control so it's easy to turn them on/ off whenever I want. Plus there are 8 different settings!
My overall theme is ivory/white & soft for this room. So of course I had to have FAUX FUR!! I'm just obsessed with these furry faux gifts! I went a little overboard and bought as many as I could find. Hobby lobby had a few and Pier 1. They are probably my favorite pieces.
This tree started as a project for me last year. It wasn't complete until this year. Finding the right pieces can definitely take time. This is a collaboration of all my favorite stores to shop for Christmas decor... Pier 1, Hobby Lobby, Target, Michael's and Kirkland's!
Below are a few more of my favorite pieces! A lot of you already saw my IG story post about my Black Friday tree topper deal. I snagged this sparkly tree topper from Crate & Barrel for only $13.97! I love it. My next favorite piece is this "Glory to the Newborn King" ornament. A reminder of what this is all about!
You can probably tell that this is my favorite room in the house. I only really spend time in here during the holidays so I totally soak it in! I'm going to post more pictures below for you all to check out along with my big tree that was my first love ❤️. I always dreamed of having a huge Christmas tree. In my mind, the bigger the better! It's a lot of work to decorate but I'm always so happy when it's done. It's really more of an experience. The pictures make it look small and it's hard to photographer where it's located. It's more traditional and sparkly. Classic green tree with all sparkly things! The other is woodsy and understated glam. Let me know which one is your favorite!!
(Ace joined in on the fun 😊)
Thank you all for following me on this journey! I hope you all have an amazing holiday!!
